🪙 Wishr — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms," also serving as the End User License Agreement) govern your use of the Wishr app ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

Wishr is a shared, public experience. Wishes and messages you attach to coins may be visible to other users. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

3. Content Moderation and Enforcement

• The App provides tools to report objectionable content, block abusive users, and remove your own posts at any time.
• We review reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior and will act within 24 hours by removing the offending content and ejecting the user who provided it, where warranted.
• We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the App or its servers; or (d) collect or harvest data about other users.

5. Virtual Items and Purchases

Coins are virtual items with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. In-app purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Virtual items are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
